With this technology, functional fusing of electrostatic flocking fabric can give high efficiency flame retardant, waterproof and easy decontamination properties of electrostatic flocking fabric, making it a widely used vehicle, train, ship (including high grade yacht), aircraft, interior decoration and so on.

The fabrics in the field are high-grade textile decorative products with high safety, easy care, smooth touch, colorful colors and unique styles.

The product is both home textiles and industrial textiles.

The technology has the characteristics of environmental protection, high efficiency, simple operation, and stable and reliable quality.

The selected textile chemicals are environmentally friendly, high-performance halogen-free non-ionic semi permanent flame retardants, weak positive waterproofing and oil repellency agents, positive and efficient softeners and flame retardant coating adhesives and other green functional products. The process involves three steps: first step, chemical functional finishing; second step, back coating; third step curing.

This project has independent intellectual property rights.

The pleasure home textiles has applied for two patent patents to the State Intellectual Property Office: "a finishing method for planting flannelette" and "a printing method for planting flannelette".

The invention patent application of "one flannelette printing method" has been authorized by the state, and another invention patent is in the real trial process, and is about to be authorized by the state.

This product has been tested by Swiss Clariant (collion) company. The results show that it can meet the relevant standards of IMO (International Maritime Organization) and AATCC (American dyer and textile chemist Association), and is tested by the national fire equipment quality supervision and inspection center. It meets the national standard GB50222-95 "fire prevention code for interior decoration design of buildings", and the combustion grade of decoration materials is B1 grade. At the same time, both the smoke density and oxygen index have reached the highest requirement of relevant national standards.

Reporter: how long does it take to complete the project?

Zhao Aiguo: this project has lasted for two years. It was listed as the 2009 year Shandong science and technology development project in September July 2009 ~2011. The project was approved by the Shandong provincial science and technology department and the provincial scientific and technological achievements appraisal in November 2011.

What are the difficulties encountered in the process of conquering this technology?

Zhao Aiguo: in the process of project development, we encountered many difficulties, mainly focused on the technical problems arising from the development of the technology test.

In particular, the technical bottlenecks in the formulation, testing and adjustment of technical solutions need to be overcome one by one.

For example, there is a certain contradiction between flame retardant effect and fabric handle.

If the flame retardant effect is good, it is necessary to increase the frequency and dosage of the flame retardant finishing agent, but this will harden the fabric products and seriously affect the handle and the effect of the products.

After several decades of adjustment and optimization of the process formulation and the selected auxiliaries, we finally solved this contradiction by increasing the concentration of the finishing agent and finding alternatives.

There are many technical problems like this. To sum up a successful experience, that is, with the unyielding patience of our whole technology development team, working together, teamwork spirit and scientific and correct method, this project has been continuously adjusted and perfected. On the basis of comprehensive, in-depth summary, analysis and analysis, we have obtained more stable and reliable technical solutions, and carried out a small batch of quantitative trial production and achieved success.

Zhao Aiguo: at present, this technology has been applied in our company. Through daily product testing, the quality of the product is stable and can meet the customer's quality requirements.
