In view of the actual situation of various special skilled talents required by enterprises in the light textile economic zone, the mechanical and Electrical Technology Institute of Haihe Education Park, Career Academy of China and Germany, and Career Academy are trained to form an efficient cooperation mechanism.

The planning site is located in the Jinnan area of the South Bank of the middle reaches of the Haihe River. The surrounding area is adjacent to the salt water, eight Li, Shuang gang and the great temple.
