Last night, the 12315 complaints and reporting center of Tianjin industrial and commercial bureau announced the analysis of consumer complaints and reports in June. Statistics show that the quality of footwear products is more prominent whether the price is high or low.

It is understood that last month, the center received 762 complaints from consumers, focusing on mobile phones, furniture, shoes, bicycles (including electric vehicles), air conditioners, refrigerators and so on.

But the analysis shows that the complaints caused by the quality problems of footwear last month are more prominent.

Among them, the brand shoes with higher price also have different quality defects, and the quality problem of the relatively low price popular style is more common.

Moreover, once consumers purchase footwear products, once they have quality problems, it is difficult to replace them.

For example, a consumer spent 800 yuan to buy a pair of famous brand shoes, only wearing 10 Yu Tian appeared heel twisting phenomenon, many times looking for businesses to ask for return, the other side has several times with "wear carelessly, is artificially twisted" for no reason to solve.

Another consumer spent 120 yuan on shopping mall bought a pair of sandals, wearing two days to open up glue, consumers shopping mall "small ticket receipts" required to return, merchants refused to return on the grounds of no "powder couplet".

At present, related complaints are being processed.

The commerce and industry department reminds consumers that the relevant bills must be kept in order to safeguard their rights in the future.
