At present, professional production and manufacturing has been achieved in more than 10 subdivisions of the tooling industry. In recent two years, the annual sales have maintained a 20-30% growth.
From January to February this year, Shandong's textile and clothing industry made a good start, and the main operating indicators were higher than the national average: the operating revenue was 46.437 billion yuan, up 3.5% year on year, 2.6 percentage points higher than the national average; The profit was 1.102 billion yuan, up 39.7% year on year, 38.4 percentage points higher than that of the whole country. "The digital transformation coverage rate of textile enterprises above the designated size in the province has exceeded 90%, and large-scale personalized customization and quick response to small orders have gradually become the norm of enterprise production. With the support of intelligent technology, enterprises have dug new growth points and made a breakthrough in the new track." Guan Xiaoyan, director of the Light Industry and Textile Industry Division of Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, introduced.
The mechanical arm on the factory assembly line is not a new thing, but in the application scenario of clothing fabric, most of the traditional mechanical arms are difficult to adapt to the flexible production requirements of high precision, small batch and multi category. In Weiqiao textile green intelligent workshop, the national key research and development plan "textile industry robot" project successfully passed the mid-term acceptance last year, and will complete the final acceptance in the second half of this year. On the completed weaving demonstration line, 14 types of robots drive 93.5% of the automation rate of the production line. Special end actuators can complete the complicated operations of flexible objects of fabrics, and special robots can efficiently link up different processes and equipment in the fabric production line, ensuring intelligent control of long process and cross process.
In recent years, the output value rate of new products of Jifa Group has been maintained at more than 50%. The newly built concept verification center for advanced textile technology this year will further accelerate the progress of scientific and technological achievements towards market-oriented industrialization. Yu Shentian, Deputy General Manager of Jifa Group Co., Ltd., said that the digital transformation is pulling the large-scale assembly line production mode led by manufacturers, turning to the full link collaboration from the industrial chain, supply chain to the end customer. At present, Jifa Group's self established "clothing chain cloud" procurement trade platform has linked more than 200 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises and nearly 1000 suppliers, forming a new advantage of centralized procurement, collaborative manufacturing, and continuous optimization of trade operations, effectively promoting the supply and demand docking of the production and marketing chain.
Wang Xiaoying, chairman of Sanyang Garment Technology Group, revealed that in the past two years, the enterprise has invested 600 million yuan to build a digital fashion culture and creativity center, integrating AI interaction, 3D design, intelligent production, personalized customization and other business forms, and strengthening creative incubation and stimulating consumption by shaping new consumption scenarios. Now, the enterprise has expanded its production bases in Southeast Asia, Africa and other places, and formed new teams to explore overseas markets in Europe, South America, Japan and so on.
"Manufacturing is an advantageous link in Shandong's textile and clothing industry chain, but its creative design and brand marketing capabilities are relatively weak. In recent years, leading enterprises have focused on promoting the deep integration of intelligent technology with the whole chain, such as design and research, production and manufacturing, and supply chain management. Shortcomings are being gradually supplemented, leading to the birth of a number of well-known end consumer brands in the country." Guan Xiaoyan introduced that Shandong will accelerate the guidance and promotion of the application of artificial intelligence technology in the textile and clothing industry, support enterprises to carry out the transformation of flexible production lines, explore new production and sales models and scenarios based on consumption data, and promote the transformation from "sales before production" to "sales before production".
